DESCRIPTION : COSRX Propolis Synergy Toner is a daily stimulating toner with a viscous, essence-like texture that will restore your skin's vitality. This non-rich, non-heavy or sticky toner leaves skin feeling light and smooth and absorbs quickly.

Propolis Synergy creates synergy with Propolis Illuminating Ampoule, containing in the formula 72.6% black bee propolis extract and 10% honey extract, which will make your skin bright and smooth.

The higher amount of propolis extracts than in any other products containing this ingredient allows the toner to give you the maximum effectiveness of propolis, such as anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, recovery immunity and visibly improved skin.

This toner is hypoallergenic, cruelty-free, paraben-free. It's also sulfate-free, mineral oil-free, artificial fragrance-free, and alcohol-free.

HOW TO USE: After cleansing the skin, soak a cotton pad with toner and gently wipe the skin avoiding the eye and mouth area. Gently pat with fingertips all over face for better absorption.
